Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers about the kits, how they work, and what to expect — no marketing spin.
Getting Started
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You need to follow a written setup guide and, for kits that connect to a tool, generate a personal access token from that tool’s own settings (ClickUp, Jira, Notion) or an app password (email). None of the current kits require a Google Cloud project or a developer account — every connection is something you can do yourself in a few minutes.
Is this the same as ChatGPT?
No. This runs inside Claude Code (Anthropic’s coding agent), not a chatbot. You need your own Claude Code / Anthropic account — it doesn’t work with ChatGPT or Gemini.
What’s the difference between a kit and a “Claude Skill”?
A Skill is just a set of instructions — it tells Claude how to do something, but doesn’t connect to anything on its own. A Gelka Kit is a full package: the instructions, plus the real connections already wired up (email, ClickUp, Notion, etc.) and a setup script — so it actually acts, not just knows how to.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere near us. Every kit runs on your own computer with your own Claude Code account and your own personal tokens for whichever tools you connect. Gelka never sees your inbox, your Notion workspace, or your customer data.
Buying & Payment
Is this a subscription?
No. Each kit is a one-time payment. You download it once and run it on your own Claude account for as long as you want, with no recurring fee to Gelka.
How do I pay, and when do I get the download?
Checkout is being finalized — the cart you see today is a preview. Once checkout is live, you’ll get instant access to the download and setup guide right after payment.
What if I can’t get a kit installed myself?
Start with the written guide — it covers the vast majority of setups. If you’re still stuck, or would rather have someone do it with you, reach out or book a free call and we’ll help directly.
The Kits Themselves
Does it publish or act automatically?
Not by default. Drafts, replies, and reports are written for your review first. Auto-sending is an option you turn on later, once you trust the output.
Why doesn’t the Instant Support Kit cover WhatsApp or Instagram?
Those channels require Meta’s business approval process, which can take days to weeks and isn’t something a self-serve kit can guarantee. Instead, the kit covers email, website chat, and Telegram — all genuinely instant, with nothing to wait on. WhatsApp and Instagram are available as a managed setup — book a free call to talk through it.
Can I use more than one kit together?
Yes — they’re built to be independent, so you can run any combination, or get all 4 as a bundle at a discount.
